What do you get when you combine charismatic bald men (sometimes with bonus fabulous facial hair), water balloons, and high-speed photography? Well, if you’re Los Angeles-based photographer Tim Tadder, you get an incredibly awesome photo series entitled Water Wigs.

“Water Wigs is a dynamic set of images using exploding shaped water balloons lit with a triad of colors, to create incredible splashes on the heads of bald men. The result is interesting and arresting “wigs” of water.”

“We used a laser and sound trigger to capture the right moments for each subject to create just the head of hair that fit best with the face.” explains Tim.“We chose to work with triads of colors to create images that are arresting and amusing at the same time.”

Check out this awesome bright red double-decker bus that does push-ups with a pair of giant robot arms!

Czech artist David Černý purchased the traditional 1957 London bus in the Netherlands and modified it by attaching two huge muscular arms powered by an electrical engine and lots of wiring and suspension tools that push the vehicle up and down. The exercizes are accompanied by the recording of sounds evoking intense physical exertion.

Entitled London Boosted, this buff robot bus will be parked outside the Czech Olympic headquarters in London’s Islington neighbourhood for the duration of the 2012 Olympic Games.

These are the companions to the sexuality cards I created a few weeks ago: GENDER BUSINESS CARDS.

Fuck yeah.

The opposite side to these cards are pronoun based, like the final image. I have pronoun sets of:

She/Her

He/Him

They/Them

Ze/Hir

Ey/Em

These pronoun set will be uploaded in a separate post since tumblr only allows for 10 images per photoset.

To get the whole “business card experience,” print your two selected cards double-sided. Cut them out, and bam. You’re in business. (I’m so sorry for the pun. It was necessary.)

Thank you to everyone in the trans*, genderqueer, and beyond communities for teaching me and helping me on my journey! Your help was greatly appreciated, and these would have never been possible without the people who contacted me and gave me advice and guidance. You guys rock!
